If you are having difficulties uploading your documents via the upload system, please check the following:

• The files must be in one of the following formats: doc, docx, pdf, jpg, jpeg, tif, tiff, gif, png or bmp 
• The name of the documents you are trying to upload should contain only letters and digits. For example the file id.jpg will be uploaded successfully while the file i_d. jpg will cause an error
• The size of the file should be smaller than 10 MB
• The files should be uploaded from your real account only
• The files should be uploaded separately
• You can upload up to 10 files
